PURPOSE:To easily and accurately manage the moving time of a user by automatically recording time to pass a spot decided in advance by receiving information showing a present spot. CONSTITUTION:Scheduled passing spot information is transmitted from an interface device 13 to a control circuit 12 and prepared. Then, a signal for exactly knowing the present position is received by a position information reception circuit 14, and present position information is detected by a position information decoding circuit 15. Further, the control circuit 12 compares the scheduled passing point information with the position information and when they are coincident, time information is read out from a timer circuit 11 and recorded to a recorder 16 as passing time information together with the position information. Thus, the moving time of the user can be easily and accurately managed. |
