PURPOSE:To inhibit relatively large-sized water droplets from coming out of a blowoff port and prevent droplets which have dropped from a water column from directly falling down to the surface of water by laying out a supersonic vibrator between an inhibition board and an offset section in such a manner that the tip of humidified water column may spring up. CONSTITUTION:A fixed amount of humidified water 14 supplied from a water absorption tank 16 to a water tank 2 by way of a water supply port is atomized by the operation of a supersonic vibrator 3. The atomized mist is discharged from a humidifier by the air introduced into a blowoff port 12, thereby raising the humidity of dried indoor air. At that time, a water column 18 is generated together with the atomization produced by the operation of the supersonic vibrator 3 inside a blowoff cylinder 13. Relatively large-sized water droplets sprung up from the water column 18 are inhibited by an inhibition board 20 so that they may not be sprung up from the blowoff port 12. The water droplets which have dropped from the water column 18 are received with one terminal offset section 21 and return into the water tank once again, traveling along the wall surface of the offset section 21 with its lower end submerged in the water level. |
