The device for preventing safety accidents, constantly keeps horizontal level of loading cage when an elevator vertically transports building materials or passenger to high position in a building. The device comprises a stationary plate (20) with housing (21) in case (50); arms (13)(17) having arch-type turning plate (11) and contact roll (15) and pivoting on shaft (10), which are positioned at horizontal level for levelling loading cage (2); limit switches (41-44) for stopping power of driving motors (3a,3b) according to the plate (11).
