PURPOSE:To improve a man/machine interface by preparing the operation of each processing step by optionally combining the explanation data of operation contents in each processing step in order to attain a function requested by an operator and outputting memo information corresponding to retrieving information. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile mail equipment 1 edits/prepares the operation manual of operation necessary for attaining a function requested by an operator by optionally combining the explanation data of respective processing steps necessary for the attainment of the function and transmits the edited/formed operation manual to a communication terminal. Thus the operation manual sufficiently corresponding to operator's wide request or the operation manual of a series of operation from the initial stage of operation up to the completion of operation which is necessary for the attainment of the function is transmitted to the communication terminal without using a large capacity storage means. Thus the man/machine interface can be improved. |
