PURPOSE:To detect congestion on an operation terminal without increasing the number of congestion detecting circuits by dividing a sequence master into respective operation timing steps, detecting the congestion of each step, and at the time of detecting step congestion, extracting the cause of the congestion from the result condition of the step. CONSTITUTION:The sequence master is divided into respective operation timing steps. The completion condition 10 of the n-th step is inputted to an n-th step result condition storing register 12 by an AND circuit 11. The contents of the register 12 and that of a previously set n-th step completion condition set value 15 are operated by an register exclusive OR circuit 13 only at the time of detecting n-th step congestion to be an operation execution condition 14 and the operated contents are stored in an operated result storing register 16. Since respective bits in the register 16 are previously allowed to correspond to respective operation terminals, which operation terminal corresponds to the bit set up to '1' can be found out and the individual congestion of each operation terminal can be detected. |
