<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the system so that an important document communication can be operated by the same terminal without attracting a third person's notice by executing a communication between specific operators by displaying a character of a communication other party terminal, giving a key switch which can be attached and detached, and providing a collating function by an input ID number of a receiving side to transmission of a terminal ID number. CONSTITUTION:To specific operators of all terminal equipments for receiving a service, a terminal name by a character and the corresponding terminal ID number are given beforehand by a document, etc. After the document to be communicated is set, a key switch key 17 is inserted and tuned on. By ten keys 18, the terminal ID number of a transmitter is inputted. On the receiving side, the terminal ID number corresponding to the terminal name informed in advance by the document, etc., is inputted by the ten keys 18. A control part 19 decides whether the received terminal ID number and the terminal ID number inputted by the receiving side coincide with each other or not, and when they coincide with each other, it is informed to the transmitting side that transmission is allowable, and unless they coincide with each other, it is informed that transmission by the same route is unallowable.</p> |
