PURPOSE:To make it possible to reduce an error generation rate of the whole apparatus without any increase in cost by enabling recovery process of an error generated through retrial in the guarantee period of image quality of a visible image which should be copied. CONSTITUTION:When any error is generated, in the guarantee period of image quality of a visible image to be copied, retrial for recovery process of the error can be performed. Therefore, for example, if a VSYNC signal is sent at set timing, in retrial since normal image formation can be performed thereafter, such a tiny error can be relieved when it is generated.
