NEW MATERIAL:A DNA containing a base sequence encoding a polymer peptide of antiallergic pentapeptide having an amino acid sequence of aspartic acid- serine-aspartic acid-glycine-lysine. USE:A preventing agent and a treating agent for allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis, allergic dermatosis and bronchial asthma. PREPARATION:For example, a pair of single stranded DNAs comprising a base sequence encoding base sequences (encoding three antiallergic pentapeptides in series) as a repeating unit, is synthesized according to phosphoamidide method, blended, heated, the temperature is gradually lowered to give a double stranded DNA made contemporary by divergence of at least one or more repeating units, which is treated with four kinds of bases in the presence of DNA polymerase to synthesize a complete double stranded DNA. These operations are repeated, the resulting substance is bonded to a vector to give a DNA containing a base sequence encoding a polymer peptide of pentapeptide. |
