摘要

NEW MATERIAL:An antigen expressed on the surface of a human monocyte cell stimulated by GM-CSF(granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) and/or IL-3(interleukin-3). USE:Useful for production of monoclonal antibody which is useful for diagnosis of inflammatory diseases such as rheumatic fever and study on in vivo defense mechanism. PREPARATION:A human peripheral blood monocyte cell is cultured in the presence of GM-CSF and/or IL-3 for 2-20 days to provide the objective antigen- producing cellular strain.
