PURPOSE:To contrive reduction of an engine load and improvement of work efficiency by performing control in such a manner that a transmission is accelerated to a target speed change position, when a rotational speed exceeds an upper limit of a predetermined rotational speed region, and decelerated to the target speed change position when the rotational speed decreases less than a lower limit of the predetermined rotational speed region. CONSTITUTION:A transmission 2 is automatically deceleration-controlled to reduce an engine load by a deceleration control means C, when an engine speed is large decreased by the large engine load according to work running, and acceleration-controlled to automatically perform a speed change to a high speed side by an acceleration control means B when surplus power is provided in an engine output. Here by an arithmetic means A, an adequate target speed change position is calculated previously from a decrease amount of the engine speed corresponding to a speed change set position in the point of present time, to control the transmission 2 by a control means 12 toward this calculated target speed change position. In this way, the engine load can be reduced and also improving work efficiency. |
