摘要 PURPOSE:To uniform load distribution by forming the raceway track surfaces of inner and outer rings in univalent revolution hyperbolic curves to increase the radius of the raceway track at one end of the track, and providing intermediate rotating bodies aslant relative to the axis of a center shaft, to construct a clutch so that the raceway track surfaces are enlarged while the rings are rotated freely. CONSTITUTION:An inner ring 1 is fitted slidably in axial direction on a shaft 4 to form a raceway track 9 between an outer ring 2 and the inner ring 1, and rollers 3 as intermediate rotating bodies are provided in the raceway 9 aslant relative to a center shaft 6. The inner and outer rings 1 and 2 are provided with raceway track surfaces 1a and 2a, respectively, and since these surfaces are formed in univalent revolution hyperbolic curves, the raceway track 9 is made larger toward one end of it. When the inner ring 1 is rotated clockwise, the rollers 3 are rotated counterclockwise and the inner ring 1 is moved rightward by the guide of the outer ring raceway track surface 2a to increase a clearance in the raceway track 9. The rollers 3 make rotation and revolution under this condition on both raceway tracks 1a and 2a to give better load distribution. When the rollers 3 are rotated reversely, the inner ring 1 is moved in the direction reverse to that mentioned above to reduce a clearance in the raceway track 9, thus engaging the inner ring 1 with the outer ring 2.
