<p>PURPOSE:To improve ink separation efficiency by keeping a forechamber on the inlet side of a pulp suspension at a pressure higher than that of a postchamber on the outlet side by a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A pulp suspension 10 is fed through a pressure controller 11 into a forechamber 8 and carbon in an ink is floated with bubbles fed from a fine bubble feeder 13 and bubble rectifying plates 14. Froths 15 are then separated and removed through a pressure controller 16 to the outside of the system. A pulp suspension 18 is fed through a pressure controller 19 into a postchamber 9 under a pressure lower than that of the forechamber by 10-200mmHg. Ink carbon is similarly floated with bubbles to separate froths 23, which are then discharged through a pressure controller 24 to the outside of the system. The resultant raw material 26 is fed through a pressure controller 27 to the next step 28.</p> |
