The copy feed is taken through the two printers in a straight line, for one sided printing while for two sided printing the sheets are diverted into a vertical setting by the inverter linking the two machines. The inverter holds the sheets alternately in the upper- and lower sections, to dry after processing, and before inverting and passing into the second machine.Both machines can operate at max. throughput, with only one process cycle per sheet per machine.
