PURPOSE:To improve the yield of formed objects, while the penetration of foamable synthetic resin liquid into a forming sheet is suppressed by forming the barrier layer composed of flexible dry coating on the other surface of the forming sheet brought into contact with foamable synthetic resin liquid. CONSTITUTION:A fiber reinforced synthetic resin formed object 11 is composed of the shell 2 of a square box shape and the synthetic resin foam 3 with which the shell is filled. The shell 2 is a laminate and has an inner reinforced layer 4 and an outer surface layer 6, and a barrier layer 10 is placed between the foam 3 and the fiber reinforced layer 4. In a forming sheet 5, the layer 8 of thermosetting synthetic resin liquid and an uncured base layer 9 are successively laminated on one surface of a flexible film 7, and on the surface of the uncured base layer 9, the barrier layer 10 composed of flexible dry coating is formed. The constituting material of the barrier layer 10 prevents foamable synthetic resin liquid from penetrating to the forming sheet 6 by foaming pressure, and then the material which has such properties that the shaping of the forming sheet 6 is not suppressed, is selected and flexible polyurethane resin coating is suitable therefor. The foam 3 is constituted by using foamable polyurethane resin liquid and foamable polyester resin liquid, etc. |
