The throttle has a flexible hose (1) as the fluid guide, whose open ends are clamped by annular holders (2,3). There is also a device to rotate one holder w.r.t. the other. The hose is reinforced between the opposite ends (4). It has an inner and an outer wall, with spiral reinforcement between the two, consisting of strips tapes, etc.. USE/ADVANTAGE - For i.c. engine combustion air supply, without switching flow, with improved efficiency and adaptability.
