PURPOSE:To shorten the time of resin forming and upgrade the product quality by providing a bulky material for introducing the given volume of resin solution in an auxiliary container into a main tank by means of immersion and a photo-radiation means for emitting beam to a resin layer covered on a placing bed and curing the resin layer. CONSTITUTION:A resin forming placing bed 1 is lowered by the specified depth (thickness of a cured layer 94) in photosetting resin 2 in a main tank 7. Then, a bulky material 4 is inserted by the given depth into photosetting resin 2 in an auxiliary tank 8, and the liquid level of the main tank 7 is same as the liquid level of the auxiliary tank 8. As a result, resin solution is spread all over the upper section of a third resin layer 93. Then a squeegee 3 is moved to the left. Then the bulky material 4 is lifted up from the photosetting resin 2 in the auxiliary tank 8, and the squeegee 3 is moved to the right side at the time when the liquid level of photosetting resin 2 in the main tank 7 almost reaches the height H of a parting weir 6. Said movement of squeegee 3 regulates the thickness of a resin layer on the resin layer 93 to the thickness (h) and accelerates the flattening of resin. At that time, laser beam is emitted in the given pattern from a laser beam source 12 to photoset the resin layer on the resin forming layer 93. |
