PURPOSE:To charge a battery only by hanging a loop on a charge hook by equipping a main body with a primary coil wound round the base end of the charge hook and equipping a probe with the loop including a secondary coil and hung on the charge hook. CONSTITUTION:A loop 30 is hung on a charge hook 60. A primary coil 58 and a secondary coil 32 are coupled by electromagnetic induction with the charge hook 60 made of a magnetic substance. That is, magnetic flux to generate electromotive force in the secondary coil 32 is passed through the charge hook 60 by operating a charge power source 56 and supplying AC power to the primary coil 58. A battery 36 is charged by supplying the generated electromotive force to the battery 36 through a charger 34.
