PURPOSE:To prevent single reinforcing material string from overlapping with each other and biting into an inner surface layer at the loopy and spiral application of the single string onto the inner surface layer and consequently improve the durability of the hose concerned by a method wherein reinforcing layer is formed by covering reinforcing material consisting of a plurality of paralleled wires or fiber reinforcing materials with flexible resin material so as to be wound along the peripheral surface of the inner surface layer and finally the resultant outer peripheral surface layer is covered with outer surface layer. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing layer 2 is formed by covering the surface of single reinforcing material string 1 consisting of paralleled wire, thread or tire like with flexible coating material 7 such as resin material, rubber material or the like. Any strings more than two may be employed as the single reinforcing string 1 to be coated. The single reinforcing string 1, which is formed in advance in a lot as mentioned above, is wound along the outer peripheral surface of an inner surface layer 5 and, after that, the resultant surface is covered with outer surface layer 6 so as to produce hose. |
