PURPOSE:To evade a stress concentration at the coupled edge of ceramic member and to perform coupling which is hardly damaged in case of engaging and coupling of recessed metal member and projected ceramic member, by rounding off sharp cou pling edge part of ceramic member, in practically the edge part of groove provided around whole circumference of the ceramic member, and subjecting the end part of recessed metal member to positioning against the groove. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic-metal coupling body of this invention, in which a projec tion part 14 provided on a cylindrical member 13 made of ceramic is slided with a recessed part 12 provided on a cylindrical member 11 made of metal, is produced as mentioned below. That is, a groove 15 is provided on a whole circumference neigh boring to the fitting edge of a part smaller in outside diameter than the component 13, i.e., the projection 14, and the projection 14 is connected with a sleeve of the mem ber 11, i.e., the recessed part 12, in order to coincide an edge part 16 of the groove 15 with a fitting edge 17. In this case, the edge part 16 of the groove 15 is rounded with a prescribed radius of curvature by said invention to evade a stress concentration. The ceramec-metal coupling body of high reliability with the above-mentioned characteristics is produced by applying said invention. |
