The circuit board (LP) in a metal housing (MG) carries semiconductor components (IC), with at least one in thermal contact with the metal housing via a heat transmission body (GK, St), which consists of a basic body (GK) and a plunger (St) with fastening on the body of two types (B1, B2; B3, B4). The first type fasteners are for the heat transmission body. The second type are for securing the basic body to the circuit boards. The plunger is so retained in the basic body that it is pressed onto the rear side of the semiconductor components.
