The nursing aid is particularly for use when attending bedridden patients. It comprises an adjustable-length supporting arm(14) fixed to the bed (11), and accommodating detachably at its free end(21) a large number of different plates(17) for instruments etc. One of the plates can accommodate a central inserted washbasin(18) with mountings at both sides for washing utensils. ADVANTAGE - Greatly aids changing of dressings, feeding etc.
