PURPOSE:To simplify registration and correction processing by managing each customer, charge, scramble information with an encoder and with another machine. CONSTITUTION:A data management machine 1 is inputted from a terminal 5, and stores the required information in a customer information file 7 and charge information file 8 via a registration/correction processing means 6. In a scramble information preparation processing means 9, the scramble information is obtained from the files 7 and 8, converted into a bit image, and stored in a scramble information file 10. The scramble information is automatically prepared in the registration/correction processing means 6. A scramble information transmission processing means 11 registers the information from the file 10 in an encoder 2 or transmits the information to other part via on-line on demand. The data management machine 1 holds the scramble information even at the time of the fault of the encoder 2, and the recovery of the information can be performed by retransmission. |
