<p>BCRF1 proteins are provided for treating conditions associated with excessive production of IFN- gamma . Also provided are expression vectors for producing BCRF1 proteins. Compositions of the invention are useful in treating a variety of disorders, including allergy, psoriasis, tissue rejection, and MHC-linked autoimmune diseases.</p> |
