<p>An apparatus for setting an operative attitude to be assumed by each furniture such as a chair (6), a table or the like in a furniture accommodating chamber (4) of a furniture raising/lowering type floor equipment is disclosed. The apparatus includes as essential components a raising/lowering unit (5) vertically displaceably accommodated in the furniture accommodating chamber (4) and having an array of furnitures (6) mounted thereon so as to allow the furnitures (6) to assume a raised-up attitude or an accommodated attitude, first and second cam guide rails (16, 17) arranged in the furniture accommodating chamber (4) while standing upright therein so as to assure that the furnitures (6) firmly maintain a raised-up attitude or an accommodated attitude, and a triangular link mechanism (8) operatively associated with the raising/lowering unit (5) and operatively connected to the furnitures (6) so as to enable the furnitures (6) to assume a raised-up attitude or an accommodated attitude. <IMAGE></p> |
