PURPOSE:To prevent a kick of a light due to the interference of the light, reflected with a reflector, with a globe by making a front end of an ultraviolet ray shielding globe, enclosing a discharge lamp, a tapered shape. CONSTITUTION:A tip part of a discharge lamp 30 is enclosed with a globe 50 for shielding an ultraviolet ray. The globe 50 is tapered and has a shape, in which an outgoing light of the lamp 30 reflected with a reflector 22 is noninterfering, and a kick of a reflected light due to interference is prevented, serving as an automobile head lamp able to obtain suitable illuminance. |
