<p>A grip device wherein the outer peripheral edge of an object (W) to-be-grasped is gripped as a place to be grasped, comprising a base (1) of the device, grip members (4, 5) which grip the object to-be-grasped, elastic members (2, 3) which are disposed between the base and the grip members (4, 5) so as to urge the respective grip members (4, 5) in an opening direction or a closing direction, and a driver (6) for the grip members, which is made of a linear or flat member of a shape memory alloy and which is connected across the grip members (4, 5).</p> |
