Remote distribution amplifier with automatic gain and slope control, which includes in addition to the circuits of the amplifier itself, an intelligent circuit capable of measuring the variation in level which a single radiofrequency master oscillator experiences and of adjusting both the gain of the amplifier and calculating the variation in slope which must be applied to adjust the gain across the whole frequency range. Said intelligent circuit is controlled by a microcomputer which, after analogue and digital processing, receives the standard frequency signal and provides corrective signals to the gain and slope controls. <IMAGE>
