PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of reading-out or writing of unreliable data by detecting a change in address signal while addresses or data are defined or data are transferred. CONSTITUTION:In the case address signals transferred through an address bus in corresponding to each data signal successively transmitted through a data bus change while addresses or data are defined or data are transferred, an address change detecting means 1 detects the change. A bus controlling means 2 controls the stoppage of the transmission of signals, such as address signals, data signals on buses including the address bus and data bus on the basis of the detected result of the means 1. Therefore, the possibility of reading-out or writing of unreliable data can be eliminated and a change in address signal can be surely detected. In addition, the potentiality of the occurrence of bus abnormality can be monitored accurately. |
