Pre-soaking, washing unit, for crates - has motor driven carousel, and top mounted spray nozzles

The washing-disinfecting unit is for crates or boxes. It is used in chicken breeding units and includes a motorised carousel in which crates are stacked in a direction facing carousel centre. Water spray nozzles are mounted above the carousel. Unit includes twelve inlet stations (1) and twelve discharge stations (3), each provided with a roller track (2) which at bearing point (4) is hinge mounted to carousel ring (5). An air cylinder (9) activates discharge movement of the crates after soaking and washing cycle is completed.
