PURPOSE:To output a document by uniformly arranging lines on each page by automatically correcting line spaces based on the number of the lines. CONSTITUTION:A one-page extent deciding means 2 decides the one-page extent to be outputted by retrieving page dividing date from a document data storing means 1 and a calculating means 3 calculates the line pitch for outputting each line of the document data contained in the extent decided by the deciding means 2 on one page. An output means 4 outputs the document data after reading out the data from the storing means 1 in the calculated line pitch. Accordingly, a number of lines which is not restricted by a format can be used on one page. Therefore, the line space can be corrected automatically and such a beautiful document output that lines are uniformly arranged on each page can be obtained. |
