<p>PURPOSE:To produce a production schedule which is free from any bottleneck state in a short time by providing a production schedule plan simulation means, a bottleneck factor extraction means, a countermeasure storage means, and a schedule plan changing means. CONSTITUTION:The information on the time of delivery, the quantity of production, etc., are inputted to an input part 8, and a designed production schedule is offered from an output part 9. A production control data base 1 supplies the information necessary for design of the production schedule, and a plan production part 2 designs an initial plan. A production progress situation simulation part 3 simulates a production progress situation to be estimated when the designed schedule is carried out based on its plan. Then a delay of the time of delivery (bottleneck) of estimated is extracted by a factor extraction means 5. The factor, the countermeasures, and the in-process value of the bottleneck are stored in a knowledge data base 4. A countermeasure deciding part 6 decides a countermeasure, and a schedule plan correction part 7 corrects the countermeasure plan. The part 6 also decides the in-process value. In such a constitution, a production schedule free from any bottleneck can be obtained in a short time.</p> |
