<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage due to contact of a magnetic tape with other component by rotating a tape protector integrated with a tape protector arm by a pressing force generated by the collision with an angle mounted at a stationary guide by an operation at the time of loading a tape cassette. CONSTITUTION:A tape protector arm 8 is mounted rotatably in a direction A at a reinforcing plate 4 mounted at a cassette holder 2 so as to reinforce the holder 2 integrated with a tape protector 5. A tape protector arm 3 integrated with the protector 5 is collided with an angle 8 mounted at a stationary guide 9 disposed on a magnetic recorder/reproducer chassis 7 by an operation at the time of mounting the cassette of a cassette loading unit, and rotated in the direction A by the pressing force at that time. Thus, a magnetic tape can be effectively mounted at a predetermined position without damage due to contact of the tape with other component in the recorder/reproducer.</p> |
