At the end of its body or cylindrical sleeve 1, close to its needle 3, it incorporates an inner perimetral recess 9 capable of receiving within it the plunger 5 and defining a perimetral step 10 which, after total penetration of the plunger 5, prevents subsequent extraction of the plunger for reuse of the syringe. A safety rod 13, of a breakable nature, prevents accidental displacement of the plunger 5 towards the blocking position prior to the first use of the syringe, and a groove 14 or other similar communication to the outside, made in the rear end of the body of the syringe makes it possible to discharge the air bubble which forms in the injection chamber during aspiration of the liquid through initial non-arrival of the plunger in the penetration- limit position. <IMAGE>
