PURPOSE:To prepare a seasoning sauce having mild taste and flavor and astringent stimulation and resistant to the deterioration of quality and degradation in use and storage by mixing a seasoning sauce with honey, banana, apple and cayenne pepper. CONSTITUTION:A seasoning sauce prepared by using natural food materials as main raw materials is mixed with 0.01 pts.wt. of cayenne pepper and a mixture containing 2 pts.wt. of honey, 0.5 pts.wt. of banana and 0.5 pts.wt. of apple and the obtained mixture is heated to obtain the objective seasoning sauce. |
