PURPOSE:To attempt the light weight and miniaturization of an electrical machine and to reduce the necessary amount of oil by eccentrically moving the center of a bushing for a lead and connection wire upward from the center axis of a duct or a pocket. CONSTITUTION:An electrical machine body is accommodated in a tank 3 with insulating oil and lead connction wire 7 is connected to the oil side terminal 5a of an oil-gas bushing 5 provided at a connection duct 4 for oil filling. And the fitting center of the oil-gas bushing 5 is eccentrically moved upward from the center axis of the cylindrical duct 4 or the center of a bushing shield 9 covering the connection section between the terminal 5a and the lead wire 7 is eccentrically arranged upward from the center axis of the duct 4. In this way, the insulating distance in the duct is rationalized in accordance with a difference in breaking stress caused by a difference in the density of minute impurity particles in the electrical machine. And then the electrical machine will be light-weighted and miniaturized and the necessary quantity of oil will also be reduced.
