<p>PURPOSE:To confirm the progress of production in order by comparing the target time in the case of production at a set target cycle time with the actual lapsed time at the production sit so as to calculate the lead/delayed time to be displayed. CONSTITUTION:A simulation circuit 12 finds a lapsed time E from the present time C and start time D input from an internal clock 15. Then, it operates a remaining production number J, an actual cycle time K from the actual production number F fed from an actual production number input means. In the case of the actual production number F being less than the specified piece number (lambda) a completion estimated time is operated by D+AXB(A is a target production number, B shows a target cycle time). Also, in the case of the actual production number F becoming larger than the specified piece number (alpha), the completion predicting time is made C+JXB, and the completion predicting time id operated by C+JXK in the case of the actual production number F becoming more than beta% of the target production number A. A comparison arithmetic circuit 13 operates a target time G spent in the case of the present actual production number F being produced at the target cycle time, B outputting this difference as the present lead/delayed time H, with this and the present lapsed time E becoming compared.</p> |
