The invention concerns a protective-regulating valve for gas furnaces consisting of reduction valve, protective electromagnetic valve, regulating electromagnetic valve and manual regulating valve located in one casing, characterised in that gas (G) flow-wise along vertical axis (A) is located reduction valve (1) and below this valve triggered by electrical signal from electromagnetic furnace regulator is protective valve (II), whose coil (2) at the moment of star-up is series connected to thermocouple (30), and during continuous operation it is parallel connected to thermocouple (30), whereas along vertical axis (B) of casing is electromagnetic regulating valve (III), below which is located manual regulating valve (IV).<IMAGE>
