<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a material for forming the lowest sole section of a multilayer point section from being mixed with a sole body and the upper layer section of the point section, and make uniform the upper end height of the concerned sole section by filling a lower mold with the first material, placing a core having point formation recess openings corresponding to each color point of a shoe on a lower mold via the uncured top of the first material, causing the aforesaid first material to enter the aforesaid recess via the bottom openings thereof up to the predetermined level, and further filling the aforesaid core with the first, second, third and so forth materials. CONSTITUTION:The recess 11 of a lower mold 1 is filled with the predetermined amount of the first uncured material 41 for forming the lower sole layer sections 51a, 52a and so forth of the two-point section of a sole periphery. Furthermore, core 2 is enclosed with a lower mold 1, thereby causing a part of the first material 41 to enter recesses 2a, 2b and so forth via the bottom openings 2a' and 2b' thereof. Thereafter, the core 2 is filled with the uncured second material 42 having different color from the material 41, with an upper mold 3 kept open. In this case, the second material 42 is supplied in a cured condition, so that the first and second materials 41 and 42 are not mixed with each other. Thereafter, the upper mold 3 is closed to cover the core 2, and a shoe sole 5 is molded with heat applied whenever necessary.</p> |
