Adductor - abductor exercising machine, comprised of a seat (1), with legs (2), a ring (3), and two arms (6,16) one of which is movable having an opening (12,13,15) for the foot, while the other remains fixed (5), bearing a spring (6), a cord (2), and two pulleys (9), allowing movement to the left or the right. The user sits on the seat, places the foot to be exercised in the opening (15), and moves it to the left or right, pushing against the spring's resistance, using either the adductor or abductor muscles. The advantage of this invention is that this exercising machine, due to its low cost, can be obtained by anyone interested, to effectively exercise adductor - abductor muscles at home. |
