PURPOSE:To realize the drive of a motor in a high efficiency without using a vibrating state detector and a phase difference detector by stepwisely varying a frequency by driving power source frequency altering means, and sensing the rotating seed at that time by rotating speed detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A power source is turned ON to be started, thereby initializing setting of a frequency. When a data FF is set and a frequency f1 is designated, amplifiers 104, 105 are turned ON. Then, the rotating speed N of a vibration type motor is detected by a rotating speed detector 106, and input to a memory NA1. The speed N of the motor in the altered frequency is input to a memory NA2. Thereafter, a differentiated value K = NA2-NA1/ f of the frequency (f) of the speed N is calculated. |
