<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the labor by arranging a part case feeding conveyor along the assembly line where a movable body is moved, also providing a circulation conveyor between a part case storing shelf and the feeding conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A part case 12 is taken off from a storage shelf 50 by its setting to the flow of the body 8 to be assembled in an assembly line 40 in the state of the part case 12 being controlled with its storage in a storage shelf 50. And the part case 12 placed on a feeding conveyor 31 is loaded on a movable body 6 by a feeding device 34, after its delivery to this feeding conveyor 31 with its transfer by a circulation conveyor 60. The movable body 6 loaded with the corresponding body 8 to be assembled and part case 12 can thus be moved in the assembly line 40. Therefore a worker can assemble the part set inside the part case 12 for the expected place of the body 8 to be assembled. The labor can thus be reduced with the traveling distance being shortened.</p> |
