摘要 The invention concerns a method of production of zinc and lead in shaft furnace from sulphide feed materials, whose basic components are: zinc and lead concentrate, won as a result of enrichment of zinc-lead ores by means of selective flotation, zinc oxide sintered and deriving from that process slurries from scrubbing of gases leaving condenser of shaft furnace, slurries produced as a result leaching of cadmium from dusts derived from dust extraction from the process of sintering and melting loss produced in condenser as well as separation circuit of shaft furnace, or from oxide feed materials, comprising: sintered zinc oxide, slurries from scrubbing of gasses leaving condenser of shaft furnace, slurries derived from leaching of cadmium from dusts derived from dust extraction from the process of sintering, melting loss produced in condenser as well as separation circuit of shaft furnace and in amount 7-9 weight % melting loss produced as a result of lead refining, including preparation of feed for sintering, sintering roasting on sintering machine, melting in shaft furnace and refining of melted zinc, however sulphide feed material with technological additives in form of coal pyrite in amount 1-3 weight %, sand in amount 2-3 weight % and limestone in amount 2-3 weight % or oxide feed material with addition of up to 2 weight % of sand and up to 2 weight % of limestone, forming fresh feed, are mixed with reverse sinter of granulation up to 4.5-6 mm and thus obtained feed mixture is roasted on sintering machine in working layer of thickness 280-380 mm simultaneously supplying air under moving grate of sintering machine, and from gasses derived in process of sintering, including cadmium, dusts are prepared, from which by means of leaching is derived cadmium sponge, and post-leaching slurries are returned to the process as a component of feed mixture, whereas zinc-lead sinter, zinc discards and heated coke in amount determined by coefficient C/Zn from 0.8 to 1.2 is fed periodically to shaft furnace, to which simultaneously is supplied hot air of temperature 600-900 degrees C in amount 32,000-34,000 Nm<3>/h, and from derived gasses through condensation and then separation from circulating in separation system lead and zinc, which in turn is subject to cleansing process, and lead melted in furnace with shaft slag is tapped to decanter, where their separation takes place, characterised in that process of roasting both sulphide and oxide feed mixture is executed...
