摘要 1. Oleogel for temporary protection of metal surfaces, especially of vehicles, based on paraffin microcrystalline waxes, magnesium or calcium soaps of higher fatty acids, resins and containing hydrocarbon solvent, consisting in that it contains from 25 to 50 parts by weight of microcrystalline slack wax with acid value of maximum 0.5, neutral water reaction, oil content up to 10% by weight and softening temperature of minimum 40 degrees C, from 2 to 30 parts by weight of magnesium or calcium soaps obtained by saponification of distillation residue bottoms of fatty acid with acid value from 30 to 120, and/or calcium or magnesium soaps of resin acids with acid value from 30 to 120 and saponification value from 120 to 200, from 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of hydrocarbon or phenol resin, from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of aliphatic ester of polyhydric alcohol and fatty acid, from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of water and 30 to 120 parts by weight of benzine fraction of crude oil with density from 700 to 800 kg/m<3> boiling within the range of 100 degrees C to 210 degrees C, and water soluble pentavalent vanadium compound in the amount from 0.01 to 3.5 parts by weight.2. The method of producing oleogel for temporary protection of metal surfaces, especially of vehicles, consisting in that distillation residue bottoms of fatty acid are saponified separately at the temperature above 100 degrees C until resinification of the reaction mass, then resinified reaction mass is thinned with benzine fraction, and then at the temperature of 60 degrees C to 120 degrees C microcrystalline slack wax and aliphatic ester of polyhydric alcohol and fatty acid, water and water soluble pentavalent vanadium compounds are added, and the mixture - fraction I - is left to cool down to the temperature from 15 degrees C to 25 degrees C, and to this cooled mixture - fraction I - added are by weight from 0.1:1 to 5:1 solution of resins and microcrystalline slack wax in benzine fraction, possibly with an addition of aliphatic ester of polyhydric alcohol and fatty acid - fraction II - and then the mixture of fraction I and II is homogenized mechanically to required viscosity.
