The basic purpose of the present invention is to render the habit of smoking time regulated and help the smoker in such a way as to stop him/her from smoking impulsively in order to finally quit smoking. This is achieved by controlling the gradual prolongation of the intervening time between the smoking of two cigarettes. The cigarette smoking regulating device consists of a case for the placement of cigarettes (1), whose lock (4), is controlled by a clock mechanism (3), capable of being locked (5). This mechanism regulates the minimal time intervals that have to intervene between two successive openings of the lock (4). The smoking regulating lighter which controls the time intervals between two successive lightings is of the same purpose and function. |
