发明名称 METHOD FOR CALCINING MN-ZN FERRITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make mass production of Mn-Zn ferrite having excellent magnetic characteristics in a shorter time for calcination by controlling a heat pattern under specific conditions over the entire process from heating up to cooling at the time of calcination of a Mn-Zn ferrite green compact. CONSTITUTION:The following stages are adopted at the time of calcination of the Mn-Zn ferrite green compact. Namely, the stages are constituted of the 1st heating stage where the heating up time from room temp. up to 600 deg.C is confined within >=30 minutes to <=5 hours, the 2nd heating stage where the time before the attainment of the calcination temp. and the start of cooling from 600 deg.C is confined within 10 hours and further the cooling stage where the time after the start of the cooling before 150 deg.C is confined to >=3 hours. The total sum of the time of these three stages is specified to <=20 hours.
