<p>PURPOSE:To detect the generation of flaw and to rapidly treat the prevention of the generation of flaw by attaching the axial torque sensor and the rotary pulse sensor on the deflecter roll. CONSTITUTION:The strain sensor 7 is attached on the shaft 3, the wiring is done from the strain sensor 7 to the transmitter box 8, the transmitting antenna 9 wired from the above is attached to the shaft 3, the annular reception antenna 10 is attached around the shaft 3 attached with the transmitting antenna 9, connected from the above to the receiver 11, and sends the generated signal to an arithmetic unit calculator 12. The sensor 13 for measuring the rotary pulse is attached on the roll shaft 3, and the rotary pulse signal is transmitted to the arithmetic unit 12. The arithmetic unit 12 processes the axial torque from the strain sensor 7 and the rotary pulse signal, compares with the set flaw alarming value, when the danger of flaw generating is detected, transmits the signal to the alarm 14, makes to sound a buzzer and to execute the treatment for preventing the flaw from generating.</p> |
