PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for human intervention and waiting for the arrival of data and to prevent a response from being delayed due to a load by processing the data file of an auxiliary storage device when a data file name exists in a management table, and receiving the data from a computer when the data file name does not exist there. CONSTITUTION:According to a processing condition inputted by a user, it is checked whether the data file name is registered on the data file management table or not, and when the relevant data file name exists in the data file management table, it is processed by a path B2. When no data file name exists there, the data is retrieved from the data file of a computer 1 for batch management and transferred through a path D2 onto a distributed processor 2. Thus, demerits such as the interventions of human judgement, the waiting for the arrival of data and the delay of the processing due to the load or the like can be resolved.
