PURPOSE:To improve operability and working accuracy by connecting a speed change control means to operate/control an actuator to the actuator to carry out a speed change operation on a hydraulic speed changer so as to keep a set vehicle speed corresponding to a selected work. CONSTITUTION:A piston rod 6a of a hydraulic cylinder 6 is connected to a lever 4a, and by pushing/pulling the lever 4a by means of an extensile/contractile operation of the hydraulic cylinder 6, a speed change operating shaft 4 is operated so as to be put in turning motion. In a control unit 14, signals are inputted from sensors such as a cylinder length sensor 7, a brake operation detecting switch 12 and a pedal connection detecting switch 13 and operating tools such as a manual speed change lever 15 to carry out a speed change manually, an automatic speed change switch 16 to carry out an ON-OFF operation on an automatic speed change control and a work selecting switch 17 to select a work, and a operation command is outputted to the hydraulic cylinder 6 and a speed change display lamp according to a judgement based on these inputted signals. Thereby, not only a speed change operation becomes unnecessary, but also a delicate speed change, that is difficult by means of manual operation, can be made possible. |
