PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which is foamable at ordinary temperature and can form a thin film by mixing a base comprising a specified polyol compound and water with an isocyanate compound and amine and/or metallic catalysts. CONSTITUTION:A base comprising 70-99wt.% at least one polyol compound (A) selected from among compounds of formulas I-III (wherein R is a unit selected from the units of formulas IV-VI and having a molecular weight of 100-2000) and 30-1wt.% water is mixed with an isocyanate compound (B) (e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate) in an amount to give 0.8-1.5mol of NCO groups per mol of the OH groups of component A, 0-50 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. component A, amine catalyst (e.g. triethylamine) and/or metallic catalyst (C) (e.g. cobalt naphthenate) and optionally a pigment or a dye (D). |
