<p>PURPOSE:To easily remove dirt on a touch panel by covering the front surface of the touch panel with a replaceable film, and replacing the film when the touch panel becomes dirt. CONSTITUTION:The touch panel 1 is not touched directly, but has its panel surface covered with the replaceable film 2; and the panel surface is touched across the film and the film 2 is replaced when becoming dirty. Namely, when the film surface becomes dirty, the film end projecting from a cutter 3 is drawn out to replaces the film 2 covering the front surface of the touch panel 1 with a new part, and the drawn-out film is cut away with a cutter 3. Consequently, the panel surface is prevented from becoming dirty.</p> |
